基于云制造的模具协同制造模式探讨

摘要:

通过对模具制造业现状的分析,将“云制造”引入模具行业,提出了一种由分布式模具制造资源、模具云制造服务平台和客户端组成的模具协同设计制造系统的体系架构。通过两个假设的案例,探讨了在这种新的模式下模具设计制造思路及其实施技术,并以案例分析进一步描述了其流程。基于云制造的模具协同制造模式对于提高制造资源及其设计加工制造能力的利用效率、缩短模具制造周期、降低企业成本、加快模具开发进程具有重要意义。

Current situation of the die and mould industry in China was introduced and the "Cloud Manufacturing" was applied to mould industry. A system framework of mould coordinated manufacturing system formed by a distributed mould manufacture resources, mould cloud manufacturing service platform and the client-side was put forward via the analysis on the mould design and manufacture of mould. Operating mechanism and the realized key technology of manufacturing mode of mould cloud was studied. It also explored the mould design manufacturing ideas and their implementation technology under such new mould, and further described the flow of work with the assumed case analysis. The mode is of far researching importance on improving the availability of increasing the manufacturing resources and its design manufacturing capability, shortening the mould manufacturing period and reducing the costs of enterprises.
