楔块锁模空心枝形件闭式挤压模具设计

摘要：

因空心枝形件形状所致，其挤压成形无法采用上模插入下模的闭式锻模结构。本文论述了空心枝形件闭式挤压工艺，给出了空心枝形件闭式挤压新型模具结构和设计要点。该模具采用楔块锁紧上凹模与下凹模对合结构，锻件在两个凹模和两个凸模形成的封闭模腔中挤压成形，生产的锻件无飞边。

The closed forging die structure of inserting upper die into lower die is not applicable for extrusion form of value bodies because of hollow pieces with side heaves. A dissertation was made on the extrusion process for hollow pieces with side heaves，a new type of structure of closed extrusion dies for hollow pieces with side heaves and the main points of the die design were presented. The die adopted a closing structure with heel block locking the upper concave with lower concave，the forging forming within a closed cavity formed by two punches and two concave dies. The forgings without any flash can be produced with the new type of forging die.
