游动芯头拉拔工艺参数对模具磨损影响模拟

摘要:

在二维轴对称弹塑性有限元中加入Archard磨损模型,并采用正交试验对摩擦系数、铜管坯料厚度和拉拔速度工艺参数进行分析。同时,分别对芯头、外模与铜管间的摩擦系数进行对比分析。结果显示,对模具磨损重要性依次为:摩擦系数、铜管坯料厚度和拉拔速度,铜管与外模间的摩擦系数升高,外模磨损越为严重,而铜管与芯头的摩擦系数提高则减缓外模磨损。

The Archard wear model was added into the twodimensional axisymmetric FEM model,and the friction coefficient, thickness of feeding tube and drawing velocity were analyzed by orthogonal test. Also, the friction of both the die and the floating plug against the tube were analyzed. The results show that the importance order of wear is the friction coefficient, the thickness of feeding tube, and the drawing velocity. The die wear is worse when the friction coefficient between the die and the tube getting higher; while the friction coefficient between the floating plus and the tube is getting higher, the die wear tents to be slighter.
