汽车顶盖拉延成形研究及工艺参数优化

摘要:

汽车顶盖由于结构尺寸较大,冲压成形较难,成形时角部和底部容易出现破裂,边缘也易出现起皱。传统顶盖模具设计和制造采用经验法和试错法,难以保证产品的开发周期和质量,同时也增加了开发成本。本文在分析其拉延成形工艺基础上,运用Dynaform软件进行数值模拟,并对其压边力和拉延筋进行工艺参数优化,得到合理的工艺参数,从而缩短了开发周期,降低了开发成本。

The developing period and quality of the automobile cover is difficult to be guaranteed because of its large size, stamping difficulty,cracks at the corners and the winkles at the edge. It used to be designed and manufactured by trial-and-error method and the experiences,which is not only difficult to guarantee its development cycle and quality but also increase its development cost.Based on analysis on its drawing process,the numerical simulation of drawing process for car's cover was studied by Dynaform software and its blank holder force and drawbead were optimizazed in order to get rational technological parameters.Accordingly the development cycle would be shortened and development cost would be reduced.
