金属管型件成形过程数值模拟与质量分析

摘要：

应用Autoform软件对红旗C131轿车副车架总成上的金属管型件进行冲压成形数值模拟，分析了金属管件成形的主要质量问题并设计了整改方案。通过分析金属管型件成形过程的数值模拟结果，采用在下模具上增加加强筋的方法，解决了管型件成形中的凹坑缺陷问题并且控制了回弹的产生，使冲压成形管型件达到了设计和装配要求。

The numerical simulation method with the Autoform software of metal tube product's forming process of HongQi-C131car was presented. The main quality problems were analyzed and the solution for modification was designed. According to the simulation result with Autoform software，the solution that added bead to the lower die resolves the concave and controls the springback in the tube product's forming process，so the design and assembly requirements are met.
