摘要:

对某汽车底盘用异形扁管进行工艺分析,制定了对称两件同时加工的冷成形加工工艺。工艺中采用先弯管成形,后经压扁、钻孔、切割、去毛刺等工序来完成加工成形。工艺方案设计充分考虑了异形扁管的结构特点,采用简洁的弯管压扁组合工艺,同时设计了相应的模具和检具,保证了产品的生产质量。生产实践证明,改进的工艺方案加工效率高,产品质量好,节约原材料,为企业生产带来了效益。

The process of irregular flat tube which used in the car chassis was analyzed, and the cold forming process that two symmetric parts were produced at one time was formulated. In the process, the tube bending forming following the tube flattening, drilling, cutting and burring processes were adopted. In the designed process scheme, the irregular flat tube structure features were adequately considered, and the compact process of the combination of bending and flattening was adopted. At the same time, some related dies and checking tools were designed, which guaranteed the product quality. The production practice proves that the designed process scheme can have a high working efficiency, save raw materials and have good product quality, which could bring benefits for the enterprise.
