牵引钩锻件多工位组合模设计

对于中小型长杆类模锻件,常规工艺必须采用模锻设备和切边设备同时加工。本文采用牵引钩特殊多工位组合模总体结构,实现了单台摩擦压力机对模锻件进行模锻、切边(或弯曲、扭转)这一工艺特性,实现了一模多用。论述了该模具结构的设计特点、模块结构布局及工作过程,模块与模板采用镶嵌式连接,锻模型腔位于模块中间,切边模位于两侧。该模具结构灵活,操作方便,生产成本低,效率高。经过生产实践检验,产品质量稳定适于推广应用。

As for the long rod die forgings of small and medium size, the conventional process is machined by forging equipment and trimming devices simultaneously. Using a special multistation traction hook combined die overall structure, the process manner of using single friction press doing die forging and trimming (also flexible, reverse) was solved and the one mold for multipurpose application was realized. The structural features in the mold design, structure and layout of the module and work projects were discussed. The modules and templates adopted the mosaic connections, the forging mold cavity was in the middle of the module and the trimming molds were located on both sides. The mold has the features of flexible structure, easy operation, low production cost and high efficiency. It is proved that the product quality is stable and can be widely used.
