大型立式还原退火炉稳定顺行的生产实践

摘要:

介绍了热镀锌立式还原退火炉的生产实践,通过采取空煤比的合理调整、炉温的优化控制、生产节奏的合理掌握、N2净化站的应用、热值的稳定控制等技术措施有效解决了炉墙掉砖和锌层漏镀问题,改善了辊面结瘤问题,从而大大减少了停炉开盖次数,避免了非正常停炉启炉时的废品量,延长了退火炉使用周期,使退火炉的各项经济技术指标迈上了一个新台阶,为镀锌机组的连续稳定运行提供了保障。

Production practice of galvanized vertical reduction annealing furnace was introduced. The furnace wall brick off and zinc plating layer leakage were effectively solved through reasonable adjustments to air coal ratio, optimization control of furnace temperature, reasonable control of the production rhythm, use of nitrogen purification station,the calorific value stability control and so on. The problem of roller surface nodular was ameliorated; the number of open furnace was greatly reduced; the amount of waste of the abnormal boiler stop was avoided; the using cycle of annealing furnace was extended; all technical and economic indexes of annealing furnace reach a new level, and therefore provide the safeguard for the continuous and stable operation of galvanized units.
