钛合金机头罩固体颗粒介质成形工艺研究

摘要:

固体颗粒介质板材成形是采用固体颗粒介质代替刚性凸模(或弹性体、液体)的作用对板材进行软模成形的工艺,由于固体颗粒介质具有很强的耐热性能,特别适用于钛合金薄壁零件的成形。针对TC1钛合金机头罩的零件特点,采用该工艺方法设计一套胀形模具,并通过胀形实验成功制造出符合设计要求的机头罩零件。结果表明,固体颗粒介质成形可解决复杂型面、薄壁、筒状钛合金零件难成形的问题,成形零件精度高,且表面质量好。

Solid granules medium sheet metal forming technology is a technology that applies solid granules medium instead of rigid punch (or leastomer, liquid) to finish the sheet metal flexible die forming. As solid granules medium has high resistance to effect of heat, it is suitable for manufacturing titanium alloy parts especially. According to the feature of TC1 titanium alloy spinner, the bulging mould was designed by using the forming method and the spinner part was manufactured successfully. The results prove that solid granules medium sheet metal forming can form titanium alloy parts with features of complex surface, thin\|wall and cylinder shape. The part has high precision and good surface.
