Railway carriage small curved beam is used in the carriage top position in order to improve the loading capacity, whose deformation mechanism is very complex because of forming process by the nonlinear mutual coupling. The distribution of stress field, forming limit diagram and sheet thinning rate in railway carriage small curved beam forming were obtained by numerical simulation dynamically, and then the mechanism of rupture and crack in sheet forming was analyzed. At the same time, the relationship of process parameters (coefficient of friction, die fillet) and railway carriage small curved beam metal forming force was discussed and the results provide a theoretical reference for railway carriage small curved beam die.
