汽车B柱加强板拉延筋优化设计

摘要:

考虑B柱加强板的结构特殊性和可成形性,本文设计了其拉延成形工艺补充。对比分析了封闭式、半开放式和开放式3种拉延筋布置方式对B柱加强板角部和中部不同塑性变形区成形过程的影响,结果表明,半开放式拉延筋布置方式更能获得较好的成形质量。利用正交试验对B柱加强板开裂影响较大的4条半开放式拉延筋阻力值进行优化,以拉延成形后的最大变薄率最小为优化目标,获得了B柱加强板成形时的较优拉延筋阻力系数组合。本文的研究方案能较好地抑制B柱加强板塑性成形缺陷,获得合格的实际零件。
 

Addendum of drawing process was designed through analyzing the structural feature and formability of B-pillar reinforced plate. The research shows that halfopen draw bead can achieve better forming quality by comparing three layouts of the close draw bead, half-open draw bead and open draw bead in the corner and middle part of B-pillar reinforced plate. The magnitude of the resistance of the four draw beads was optimized via orthogonal test, which had greater impact on the forming of B-pillar reinforced plate, and taking minimum thinning as optimization objective, a better combination of four draw beads resistance coefficients was adopted. The forming defects of B-pillar reinforced plate were largely prevented with the optimized process obtained from this research and qualified product was obtained.
