劈分角对矩形槽劈挤成形的影响研究

摘要:

为进一步阐明劈楔几何参数对劈挤成形的影响,以槽宽与槽深均为10mm的矩形槽为研究对象,固定劈刃倾角为30°,主要借助数值模拟方法,研究了45°~120°之间劈分角对劈挤成形的影响。结果表明:劈分角增大,塌角量以逐渐趋于平缓的减小幅度减小,槽口隆起最大高度以逐渐趋于平缓的幅度增加,槽口隆起影响宽度逐渐减小,推出的废料体积基本呈线性增大;劈分角增大,所需成形力峰值逐渐增大,进入稳态变形阶段行程延迟,稳态变形持续行程变短,且起始阶段增大的斜率较大,废料推出阶段成形力下降的斜率变化不大;劈分角增大,变形力下降的拐点出现更早,受力行程缩短,但变形功增大。从工艺应用的角度考虑,劈分角宜取较小值。

In order to clarify some basic rules between splitting extrusion deformation and splitting angle range of 45°120°, by taking the rectangular groove with 10 mm width and 10 mm height as the research object, the deformation process of splitting extrusion was studied by cusp splitting wedge with 30° splitting edge angle, using method of numerical simulation. The results show that as the splitting angle being increased, the sunk angle length decreases and the range of it decreased becomes flat gradually; the maximum grooveside swelling height gains and the range of it gained becomes flat gradually as well; the influence width being decreased, the volume of the waste increases in an almost linear relationship. As the splitting angle being increased, the peak forming force gradually increases and it gains faster in the initial stage, but it is late to enter the steadystate deformation stage and the stroke of steadystate deformation stage becomes shorter; unlike the initial stage, the slope of the forming force declines in the stage which the waste has been pushed out changes little as the splitting angle changes. As the splitting angle being increased, the inflection point of forming force downward appears earlier and shortens the force stroke, but does more work. Splitting angle should be small considered from the point of technology applications.
