基于知识工程的冷冲压模具设计系统

摘要:

以易拉罐模具作为原型结构,提出了一种基于知识工程的冷冲压模具设计系统的体系结构。采用面向对象的设计思路和前后台程序分离实现思路,用分层次设计的方法设计了该系统的结构编排和软件构架。模具设计人员可以结合知识库中存储的相关知识,采用基于实例的推理技术,对系统中已经存在的原有模具结构进行快速的变形设计,以实现设计过程的智能化、数字化,从而大大缩短了模具设计的时间,增强了企业市场的竞争能力。系统软件可以正常运行。

The ring-pull can die was chosen as a prototype structure, a system structure of cold stamping die design system based on knowledge engineering was proposed. The object-oriented design idea and foreground-background separation ideas were applied. The arrangement of the system structure and the software topology were designed by means of tiers design method. Based on the reasoning technology of instance, the change design on the original exist die structure can be done quickly combining with the knowledge stored in the knowledge base, and then realize intelligence and digital of design process can be realized. The die design time can be reduced greatly, the competitiveness ability of the enterprise market will be enhanced. The design system software ran well.
