基于曲轴生产的锻压自动化生产线架构分析

摘要:

根据曲轴生产特点,建立包括监控层、控制层、设备层的锻压自动化生产线架构,利用Profinet工业以太网以及基于Profibus-DP工业现场总线技术,通过对打击力和温度等参数进行监控和精确控制,达到提高生产节拍和制造质量的目的。实际生产应用表明,采用自动生产线生产曲轴,班产量达到700件,模具寿命达到5000件,节能达20%。
 

The network structure of automatic forging production line including monitor layer, control layer and equipment layer was presented based on crank shaft manufacturing. The production time and product quality were improved by monitoring and controlling the technical parameters, such as force and temperature with the help of Profinet and Profibus-DP.  700 pieces crank shafts could be produced in automatic forging line just in one shift.  Meanwhile, die life was prolonged to 5000 pieces and energy was saved by 20%.
