非对称方锥台件数控渐进成形研究

摘要:

针对非对称方锥台件的数控渐进成形工艺,采用有限元数值模拟与实验相结合的方法,分析了单道次和两道次的成形极限图和壁厚变化情况,研究了两道次成形时不同成形路径对成形质量的影响。结果表明:两道次渐进成形可提高零件的可成形性,但在成形路径设计时应考虑侧壁成形角对成形性能的影响,避免由于前后道次径向差异过大而引起的成形件壁厚过度减薄及底部下沉现象。
 

The numerical control incremental sheet forming technology of asymmetry square component was studied based on finite element method and experiments, which included the difference of forming limit diagrams and the change of wall thickness between single-stage and double-stage forming, and the influence on forming quality by different forming paths in double-stage forming. It was found that the formability of components can be improved by double-stage forming, but the influence of forming angle of components wall on formability should be considered to avoid excessive thinning in the wall and sinkage in the bottom of components due to wide variance in the radial direction.
