不同加载路径下预裂纹50W800G硅钢板的拉伸性能

摘要:

研究了50W800G硅钢板在不同加载路径下预裂纹试样的应力应变关系。结果表明:单轴45°和90°裂纹尖端垂直于裂纹线方向的应力应变曲线,其弹性模量与屈服强度较光滑试样都降低,说明了裂纹尖端应力、应变场的奇异性;双轴45°和90°裂纹尖端的应力应变曲线,在载荷比2∶1和3∶1时,裂纹尖端的应力虽有增加,但应变增加缓慢,应力应变曲线高于载荷比1∶1的加载曲线。
 

The stress strain relation of the fore-flaw sample for 50W800G  silicon steel sheet under different loading conditions was discussed. The results show that in the stress-strain curves of 45° and 90° crack tip of the  single axial perpendicular to the direction of the crack line,the elastic modulus and yield strength are lower than the smooth samples,which explains the singularity of the crack tips stress and strain field. The stress-strain curves of 45° and 90° crack tip of the double axles show that the stress increases slowly under load ratio of 2∶1 and 3∶1,and the curve of stress-strain is higher than that of load ratio 1∶1.
