摆辗机机架性能研究与改善

摘要:

运用ANSYS软件对1000t和2000 t摆辗机机架进行静力学分析,研究了摆辗机偏心受载时机架的强度和刚度,提出了设置辅助液压油缸改善机架晃动的思想。当滑块位于机架中心偏下100 mm左右时,滑块偏斜高差最小;圆形导轨截面积A从120000 mm2增加到232000 mm2,机架晃动偏差由8 mm减小到2 mm,滑块偏斜高差由10 mm 减小到1 mm。结果表明:滑块位于机架中心略偏下为最优加工区域,增加圆形导轨截面积能有效地改善机架性能。

Static analysis on the frame of 1000 t and 2000 t rotary forging machine using ANSYS software was carried out, the overall strength and stiffness of the frame were researched, and the thought of installing auxiliary hydraulic cylinders to lower the frame sloshing was put forward. When the slider was located about 100 mm beneath frame center, slider deflected height difference was minimum. If circular rail section area  increased from 120000 mm2 to 232000 mm2, sloshing of frame reduced from 8 mm to 2 mm, and slider deflected height difference  decreased from 10 mm to 1 mm. The result shows that the slider located at partial slightly under the center is optimal for reasonable processing region. By increasing the circular rail section area, the performance of the rotary forging machine can be effectively improved.
