重型摩擦压力机的再制造方案

摘要:

重型摩擦压力机是一种低效率、低性能的设备,可以利用其原有的机身、滑块、螺母、螺杆等主要零部件,更换动力传动系统和控制系统,再制造为新型电动螺旋压力机。本文所论述的重型摩擦压力机新的动力传动系统的设计,需要解决两项关键技术,即:适应大齿轮的螺旋运动和较大的偏摆以保证相互啮合齿轮有稳定的中心距;缓和由于大功率电机和小齿轮在压力机打击时骤然停止所产生的巨大冲击力。

The heavy friction screw press is an equipment of low-efficiency and low-performance. However, it can be transformed into a new type of electric screw press by upgrading the power transmission and control systems with all the original major parts, such as original frame, hammerhead, nut and screw. The following two critical technologies for the upgrade of the power transmission system were addressed: (1)To adapt to the large gears spiral motion and swing, and make sure the mutually-meshing gears always have a stable center distance; (2)To minimize the huge impact due to the sudden stop of the high power motor and small gear, when the press strikes.
