轴承套圈锻件锻造成形后,在冷却过程中会产生热变形收缩,因此需要随时测量终锻时套圈尺寸,但是套圈尺寸热检过程中通常存在误判问题。为了解决套圈尺寸热检误判问题,本文采用数理统计原理回归分析方法,研究了轴承套圈锻件热变形收缩系数的3种计算方法;并对这3种计算方法的误差进行比较后计算出“套圈锻件热检对照表”;根据“套圈锻件热检对照表”,对锻件锻造成形后尺寸的热检,确保锻件最终冷却后符合工艺尺寸的精度要求。
 

After bearing ring forgings are forged, the dimension of finished forgings is needed to be measured at any time because of thermal deformation shrinkage in cooling process. However, there is a misjudgment on dimension in the process of thermal detection usually. In order to solve the problem of thermal detection misjudgment, three determination methods for thermal deformation shrinkage coefficient were studied by the principle of mathematical statistics and regression analysis method, and the deviation of the three methods were compared, then the "Temperature and dimension table on forgings" was figured out. Based on the table,the thermal detection on forging dimension was carried out to ensure that the cooled forgings can meet process requirements .
