汽车转向器螺杆中心细长孔冷挤压成形工艺研究

摘要:

汽车转向器螺杆中心细长孔长径比高达15左右,且口部直径小、内部直径大。 通常采用机加工,生产效率低, 制造成本高。本文从转向器螺杆的坯料形状、细长孔成形后整形和挤压芯棒形状3个方面制定了挤压成形方案。设计并制作模具,进行了挤压实验。实验结果表明,3种工艺方案均能挤压成形细长台阶中心孔,但工艺复杂程度及成形后的形状尺寸略有区别。实验最终确定的最佳工艺方案为:先在坯料上加工出Ф12.5 mm中心通孔,再利用穿插台阶状芯轴挤压成形出Ф12 mm中心细长孔和Ф8 mm端头小孔。
 

The ratio of length to diameter of an automotive steering screw center elongated hole is up to 15, and the month diameter is small, but the inside diameter is large. Usually it is machined with low production efficiency and high manufacturing cost. Three forming processes were designed considering the blank shape, sizing after the elongated hole formed and the shape of the extrusion mandrel, respectively. After the dies were designed and made, forming experiments were carried out. The experimental results show that all the three forming processes can form the elongated stepped center hole, but the degree of process complexity, and the size and shape of forgings after forming are slightly different. Finally, a good forming process was selected that the Ф12.5 mm through hole was firstly machined in the blank and the Ф12 mm center elongated-hole and the Ф8 mm end hole were secondly formed by inserting the stepped mandrel.
