拉杆头部多工位镦压成形模具设计

摘要:

针对杆状制件的结构特点,采用模套组合装置较好地解决了制件在工位间的夹持传递问题。利用模芯和模套框的相对位移,可以实现杆件的夹紧和松开,调整杆件在模具中的位置,并从模芯中向下落料推出成品。实际生产表明,该模具生产效率较高,操作简单、安全。

As for the structural characteristics of rod-shaped workpiece, the problems of clampand transmission between work positions were solved  using gripping conveyor. The clamping and loosening of rod were realized, the position of rod in the mold was adjusted and the finished rod was obtained by downward blanking from mold core using the relative displacement of mold core and mold frame. Actual production shows that the mold production is of high efficiency, simple and safe operation.
