高速冲压自动化线生产切换研究

摘要:

全面系统地研究了高速冲压自动化线的生产切换及其相比传统冲压线的优势,包含自动换模、自动更换端拾器、板料切换、设备参数切换等生产切换的全部模块。通过对新技术、新设备的分析,阐述了高速线生产切换的技术保证、设备保证以及重点注意事项,总结了各模块切换步骤及注意事项。经过现场验证优化,高速线生产切换总时间控制在6 min内,较传统冲压线缩短2~3倍。自动换模是耗时最长、步骤最复杂、影响因素最多的切换模块,其作为最短板影响着高速线生产切换的最终效率。
 


 

The production switching of high-speed automatic stamping line and its advantages compared with traditional stamping line were studied comprehensively and systematically, including all the sections of production switching, such as automatic die change, automatic tooling change, sheet switching and equipment parameters switching etc. Depending on the analysis of new technology and equipment, the technology and equipment assurances, crucial precautions of production switching of high-speed stamping line were elaborated, and the procedure and attention of each section were summarized. Then relying on verification and optimization at practice, the total time of production switching of high-speed stamping line is controlled within 6 min which is two or three times shorter than the time of traditional stamping line. Automatic die change section which is provided with the longest wasting time, the most complex procedure and the most influences affects the final efficiency of production switching of high-speed stamping line as the shortest board.
