故障诊断云制造服务平台的研究与应用

摘要:

分析了故障诊断在企业发展中的重要性,指出了各领域专家分布不均、诊断过程成本高、诊断效率低等问题已经严重制约了故障及时、有效地诊断和处理,影响了企业的效益与发展。为了更好地解决故障诊断问题,依据云制造技术,提出了云制造服务平台,分析了云平台的服务模式、体系构架,指出了平台的应用对象以及范围,讨论了云平台的工作流程、对平台的访问权限进行了设计,并设计实现了云诊断中心。最后以包钢无缝钢管厂为例,验证了故障诊断云制造服务平台在诊断方面的有效性。

The importance of fault diagnosis in enterprise development was analysed, the problems that uneven distribution of experts in various fields, the high cost of diagnostic process and low efficiency of diagnosis seriously hampered the diagnosis and treatment of failure timely and effectively were pointed out, which also affected the efficiency of enterprises and development. To better solve the problem of fault diagnosis, based on the cloud manufacturing technology, the cloud manufacturing service platform was proposed. The cloud platform service model, system architecture were analysed, the objects and the scope of application of the platform were pointed out, the cloud platform workflow and the access of platform were discussed, and the cloud diagnostic center was designed and implemented. Finally, as an example of Seamless Steel Tube Plant of Baotou Iron and Steel Plant, the effectiveness of fault diagnosis cloud manufacturing service platform in the diagnosis was verificated.
