切挤复合精整成形机理及材料流动规律研究

摘要:

针对板状局部精密轮廓零件的成形,提出了切挤复合精整加工方法,并研究了其工艺过程,对变形区进行了力学分析,并通过数值模拟分析,研究了金属流动规律。研究表明:切挤复合精整过程中,金属变形可以用第1变形区、第2变形区和第3变形区等3个变形区来描述;第3变形区是精整过程的核心变形区,其应力应变状态直接影响成形表面是否产生撕裂和成形质量的好坏;精整变形过程可以分为切屑形成阶段、稳定精整阶段和切屑形成阶段,其中稳定精整阶段滑移最明显;凸模圆角提供的压应力抑制了裂纹的生成、提高了制件的表面质量。

For the forming process of plate parts with local precision profile, the cutting-extruding compound trimming deflashing technology and its process were proposed and studied respectively,and the mechanics analysis of deformation zone was conducted. According to numerical simulation, the metal flowing mechanism was analyzed. The results show that metal deformation can be described by three deformation zones, such as the first, the second and the third deformation zone during the cutting-extruding compound trimming deflashing. The third deformation zone is the core of forming process, whose stress state directly affects the occurring of tear and quality of forming. The process of forming deformation can be divided into chip formation, stable forming and chip separation stage, among which the slippage is the most obvious in the stable forming stage. The compress stress produced by punch radius can limit the generation of fracture surface and improve the quality of forming surface.
