汽车扭力梁充液成形技术研究

摘要:

 针对变截面汽车扭力梁充液成形过程易出现破裂和起皱缺陷,通过有限元分析和实验研究,分析了预成形模具形状和充液成形时加载路径对扭力梁充液成形质量的影响。研究结果表明:当预成形模具导向角度过小时,管坯被机械挤压内凹变形时,圆角部位容易起皱;导向角度过大时,管坯材料流向凹模困难,减薄严重;充液成形时补料初始液室压力过大,材料堆积在零件端部起皱严重。

 

 For the cracking and wrinkling while hydroforming of torsion beam with variable cross-section, the influences of preform mold and loading path to the hydroforming accuracy of torsion beam were analyzed through infinite element analysis and experimental research. It is found that when the orientation angle is smaller, there will be a wrinkle in the corner during the concave caused by extrusion; however, it will be difficult for the material to flow into the die while the orientation angle is bigger; if the initial pressure is higher, the material will accumulate in the ends and wrinkle severely.
