骨架锻件的锻造工艺研究及模具开发

摘要:

骨架锻件是美国棉花收割机上的一个关键零件,该件空间尺寸变化大、形状复杂、检测要求严格,并且技术上要求飞边放在锻件的两侧,即分模面必须是S形分模。根据实际生产设备、零件尺寸和形状特点,对锻件进行分析,制定出合理的锻造工艺,并开发安装方便、生产效率高的锻造模具,实现骨架锻件的锻造成形,得到客户认可,实现批量生产。经生产验证,该锻造零件的精度高,成形效果好,锻件尺寸与质量的一致性好,满足锻件检测要求。

 

Continental forgings are important parts on American cotton harvesters. They are of large space dimension change,complex shape, strictly-controlled in inspection, and fash needing to be put in two sides of forgings technologically, that is,  die parting face must be S-shape. Based on the actual manufacturing equipment, part dimension and shape characteristic,the analysis of forgings was carried out, the reasonable forging process was made, and the forging dies with convenient installation and high efficiency production were developed, which realized the forging forming of continental forgings and was recognized by customers and achieved batch production. Verified by production,the forging parts are of high precision,the forming effect is good, the consistency of forging dimension and quality is excellent, and the requirement of forgings detection is met.
