汽车用高强5754铝合金的轧制工艺

摘要:
以汽车用高强5754铝合金为研究对象,研究了热轧温度、冷轧变形量等因素对合金力学性能与显微组织的影响。研究结果表明:汽车用5754铝合金板材在400~440 ℃之间进行热轧处理,板材的热轧效果良好,无明显裂纹产生; 随着热轧温度的上升,合金板材的抗拉强度与伸长率都降低,400 ℃时热轧样品的抗拉强度与伸长率取得最大值;当冷轧变形量在35%~65%之间变化时,合金板材的抗拉强度与屈服强度都逐渐上升,而伸长率逐渐降低,力学性能的变化主要发生在45%变形量至55%变78形量之间。
Taking the high strength 5754 aluminum alloy for automobile as the research object, the effect of hot rolling temperature, cold rolling deformation and other factors on the properties and microstructure of alloy were studied. The results show that when the hot rolling temperature of 5754 aluminum alloy sheet is between 400~440 ℃, the hot-rolled plate has good rolling effect with no obvious cracks. With the increasing of rolling temperature, the tensile strength and elongation of alloy plates decrease, and the maximum values of tensile strength and elongation of hot rolled sample are got at 400 ℃. When the cold deformation changes between 35%~65%, the ultimate tensile strength and yield strength of alloy plates increase gradually, while the elongation decreases. The mainly changes of mechanical properties occur during deformation of 45% to 55%.
