多排链轮的半精热锻制坯及其模具设计

摘要:

针对链轮传统机械加工中的切削量大和材料利用率低等缺点,基于链轮结构提出了多排链轮的半精热锻制坯新工艺。阐述了半精模锻制坯工艺中的链轮锻件图形成、毛坯尺寸计算及其在凹模中的定位等技术要点,重点对链轮锻件的齿形设计做了详述,并设计出一套完整的链轮半精热锻制坯模具。通过某三排链轮的精锻工艺计算表明,采用半精密模锻制坯+滚齿切削加工生产单个零件,原材料能节约32.7%,切削加工量减少50.8%。

Aiming to the weaknesses of traditional machining technology for chain wheel, such as big cutting output, low utilization rate of material, etc., a new technology of semi-precision hot forging blocking of multi-row chain wheel was put forward based on the structure of chain wheel. The key technologies in the process of semi-precision die forging blocking, such as the formation of chain wheel forging figure, size calculation and fixed position in the die of blank, etc., were elaborated, and the design of tooth profile of chain wheel forging was recounted emphatically, meanwhile a set of integral semi-precision hot forging blocking die for chain wheel was designed. The process calculation of precise forging for a three-rows chain wheel shows that the raw material is saved by 32.7% and the cutting volume is reduced by 50.8% with semi-precision die forging blocking and hobbing machining to produce single part.
