基于AutoForm的轿车行李箱内板成形工艺优化

以汽车覆盖件行李箱内板为研究对象,利用AutoForm有限元分析软件对其拉深成形工艺进行工艺分析。研究发现,压料面上有起皱风险,零件(1/2坯料)中间部位有3处存在开裂风险。通过采用在靠近坯料开裂边缘处开缺口,将明显开裂的两处凹模圆角半径14和3 mm分别增大到18和4.5 mm,将压边力由500 kN减少到400 kN等措施进行工艺优化。优化结果表明,压料面上起皱风险明显减小。按优化后的成形工艺进行内板零件拉深成形,所生产出的内板零件无起皱、开裂缺陷,与数值模拟结果一致,验证了数值模拟的正确性。

Taking the inner panel of car trunk lid as the object of study,the drawing process of inner panel of car trunk lid was numerically simulated using the finite element analysis software of AutoForm. The simulation results show that there are wrinkling risks on the binder surfaces, and three cracking risks occur in the middle of part (Half of a blank). After some process optimization measures were taken, such as cutting notches in the blank edge near cracks, increasing the die radius of two obvious cracking positions respectively from 14 mm and 3 mm to 18 mm and 4.5 mm and decreasing the blank holding force from 500 kN to 400 kN, the simulation results show that the wrinkling risks on binder surfaces are reduced. The production practice shows that no defects of wrinkling and cracking exist in the inner panel of car trunk lid produced with the optimized process to draw inner panel parts, which is agreement with the numerical results, and the correctness of numerical simulation is sufficiently verified.
