基于逆分析杆-杆复合挤压流动应力和摩擦因子研究

摘要:

针对基于逆分析的杆-杆复合挤压流动应力和摩擦因子进行研究,结合有限元方法和优化算法的逆分析技术可以确定金属成形模拟过程中的材料参数。运用逆分析方法对杆-杆复合挤压模拟得到的载荷-行程曲线值和上、下杆高比值与实验测得的载荷-行程曲线值和上、下杆高比值进行比较及迭代优化,可以确定金属挤压成形过程中的真实流动应力和摩擦因子。通过挤压试验检验逆分析算法的有效性,使用逆分析方法对流动应力曲线进行修正,经过两次修正可以达到较好的挤压件精度,并获得挤压试验过程中的摩擦因子。
 

Flow stress and friction factor were studied by rod-rod combined extrusion based on inverse analysis. Material parameters in metal forming simulation process were determined by finite element method and optimization inverse analysis algorithm. The simulation data and experiment data of load-stroke curve and ratio of up/down rod height of rod-rod combined extrusion were compared by inverse analysis technique to determine the real flow stress and friction factor in the extrusion and deformation process. The effectiveness of the inverse analysis algorithm was tested by extrusion experiments, and inverse analysis methods were used to modify the flow stress curve. The high precision and the friction factor in the extrusion experiment process are acquired after two corrections.
