钛合金蒙皮拉形数值模拟与试验

摘要:

 蒙皮类零件通常采用拉形工艺进行成形。基于通用分析软件Abagus对钛合金蒙皮拉形工艺过程进行了数值模拟,通过正交试验获得了较优加载轨迹组合参数,并分析了较优加载轨迹参数下零件成形效果,试验结果表明,回弹量大,成形零件不合格,需进一步控制回弹;研究了预拉与补拉对蒙皮拉形的影响,得出预拉可使板料应力均匀分布和补拉可减小回弹量的结论;利用Think Design软件对模具型面进行回弹补偿,模拟结果显示可以将回弹量控制在有效范围内。

 Stretch forming is a common method for aircraft skin. The numerical simulation of stretch forming of titanium alloy skin was performed by using software Abaques. The better loading trajectory was obtained through orthogonal experiment. The result of simulation under the conditions of better loading trajectory was investigated. The experiment shows that springback is bigger, the part is unqualified and it is essential to take measures to decrease springback. The effect of pre-stretching and added tension on stretch forming of skin was analyzed. And the conclusion that pre-stretching makes stress more well-distributed and added tension can decrease springback was gained. Die-face springback compensation was carried on by using software Think Design. The result of simulation indicates that springback can be controlled within the effective range.
