减速机端盖的冲压工艺及模具设计

摘要:

 某端盖是减速机上一种常见部件,其形状复杂,存在4个不易成形凹坑,成形较困难。根据该减速机端盖结构特点及技术要求,结合该零件的冲压工艺难点,详细分析了4个凹坑部位的成形方法,制订了合理的冲压成形工艺方案:首先预冲中心孔,然后拉深4个凹坑,最后翻边、冲中心孔,且确定了合理的预冲孔直径及修边余量。最后根据该工艺方案进行了复合模具设计,最终通过生产验证说明,该工艺不但成功的解决了端盖上4个凹坑的成形问题,得到合格的产品,还可提高生产效率,节约制造成本。

 The complex cover is a common part of the reducer, and it is difficult to form for the structure has four pits.Based on structure characteristics and technical requirements of the reducer cover, the forming method of four pits was analyzed in detail,and the reasonable stamping process program was made which is pre-punching central hole, drawing the four pits, flanging,and punching central hole in order.The reasonable diameter of pre-punching hole and trimming allowance were determined. Then,the die was designed according to the program. Finally the production practices show that by using the process, the forming problem of four pits on the reducer cover is solved successfully,qualified product is obtained, the production efficiency is greatly improved, and production cost is reduced.
