应变时效对高强建筑用热轧H型钢低周疲劳性能的影响

摘要:

 通过人工预变形和时效的方法对热轧H型钢进行了应变时效处理。研究了应变时效对热轧H型钢低周疲劳寿命、循环应力响应和循环韧度的影响。研究结果表明,热轧H型钢和应变时效H型钢都表现出了良好的循环特性,都是以循环稳定为主的疲劳循环;热轧H型钢和应变时效H型钢都具有较好的高应变低周疲劳韧度,且应变时效对H型钢的低周疲劳循环韧度的影响较小。

 Through the method of artificial pre-deformation and aging,the strain aging treatment  on hot rolled H-shaped steel was done. The effects of strain aging on low cycle fatigue life, cyclic stress response and cyclic toughness of hot rolled H -shaped steel were studied. The results show that  hot rolled H-shaped steel and strain aging H-shaped steel both show excellent cycle characteristics,which are all the fatigue cycle with cycle-stability-based; hot rolled H-shaped steel and strain aging H-shaped steel both have good low cycle fatigue toughness, and strain aging H-shaped steel has less influence on low cycle fatigue toughness of H steel.
