基于多工位成形机床的缩口成形零件的模具设计

摘要:
以一种铝合金材料的直管单端缩口型零件为对象,设计并制造了能够满足连续生产并适应多工位机床特点的模具。通过分析该零件的成形特点和机床运动特性,模具采用主体盘式结构。成形模具通过机床凸轮动作实现卷圆功能,顶出装置实现圆管直角转向,主体盘以导向圆盘为转动中心做回转运动,带动整形刀具和缩口成形模进行直管的整形和单端缩口,出口端设置红外检测装置,异常情况自动停机保护。经过调试,模具工作情况正常,制件尺寸符合图纸要求,工作速度达到预期目的,首批连续生产后全部达到要求。
 
A die was designed for a direct tube single-ended shrinkage mouth part composed by aluminum alloy materials, which could meet continuous-time production and adapt to the characteristics of multi-position lathe. The die with subject disc structure was designed by analyzing forming feature of the considered parts and movement characteristics of multi-position lathes. Forming die finished rolling circularities by moving cams of the multi-position lathes. The right angle steering of circle tubes was realized by the ejection mechanism of the designed die. The subject disc turned around the oriented disc to make the shaping tool and shrinkage mouth forming die complete the direct tube truing and single-ended necking. In addition, some infrared detection equipment were installed in the outlet end of the die such that the die could realize automatic shutdown protection under unusual conditions. The turning results show that the operations of the designed die are normal, and the size of workpiece can meet the requirements of the drawings, as well as the working speed has reached intended purposes. All parts in the first continuous-time production can meet requirements of users.
