基于Deform-3D的冷轧钛管有限元分析

摘要:

为了改善钛管在轧制过程中出现裂纹、壁厚不均和表面花状网纹等质量问题,借助Pro/E软件对LG60HL二辊轧制过程进行简化和建模,利用Deform-3D软件对不同轧制点的应力进行计算,得出了不同轧辊在轧制过程中的应力曲线。对已有质量问题的轧辊的不合理轧制力处进行应力分析,对该处轧辊的孔型进行修改,并进行轧管轧制实验。实验结果表明,该方法使轧制效果得到了明显提高,可以对轧制结果进行有效预测,有效改善待轧管的合理变形制度及轧制工艺。

In order to improve the quality of titanium tube, which may has cracks, uneven wall thickness, flower-like reticulation on the surface and other deficiencies in the rolling process, the two-roll rolling process of LG60HL was simplified and set up the model was using Pro/E software. The stress of different rolling points was calculated by the Deform-3D software and the corresponding stress curves of different rolls in the forging process were obtained. On the basis of this, the unreasonable rolling force on rolls was analyzed, the shape of the hole was modified and then the rolling experiment was conducted. Experimental results show that the actual rolling effect is improved remarkably, and the result of the rolling can be predicted effectively. As a result, the appropriate deformation method and the rolling process are improved effectively.
