五辊滚压棒料成形可对焊圆环的工艺计算及模拟分析

摘要:

针对棒料或条材通过滚压成形工艺制造齿圈毛坯圆环时存在的卷圆效率低和工件一致性差等问题,提出一次滚压即可成形可对焊圆环的五辊滚压工艺。对各工艺辊位置进行了计算,推导出侧辊位移量与工件曲率半径的对应关系。为改善实验的盲目性、直观体现齿圈毛坯成形一般规律、缩短产品的开发周期、节约生产成本,利用了ANSYS/LS-DYNA对卷圆过程进行了动态模拟,分析了坯料受力和变形情况。将仿真结果与理论计算结果进行比较,并对比较结果的误差进行分析,说明了五辊滚压工艺方案的可行性。

For the existed problems of low rolling efficiency and poor consistency of workpieces, etc., during the rolling process of ring gear blank with bar or strip, a five-roller rolling process which can form butt welding ring by rolling only once was put forward. The position of craft roller was calculated, and the corresponding relationship of side-roll displacement and radius of curvature were deduced. To avoid the blindness of the experimentintuitively reflect the general rule of gear blanks forming, shorten the development cycle of products and lower the output costthe rolling process was dynamically simulated by the finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Then the deformation and the stress field distribution of the blank in the rolling process were analyzed. Finally, the simulative results were compared with the calculated results, and the comparative differences were analyzedwhich verified the feasibility of five-roller rolling process.
