我国锻造企业信息化建设的思路

摘要:

针对我国锻造行业信息化建设的现状、建设重点和主要功能实现这三方面进行论述,探讨企业ERP(企业内部管理系统)、CRM(客户资源管理系统)和PDM(产品数据管理系统)3个系统的建设,同时升级改造现有锻造企业的信息化管理系统,积极推进增强型ERP、细化型CRM和专有型PDM等高效的管理系统的运用,全面提升锻造企业各环节的管理水平、提高生产效率、优化内部供应链、降低生产成本,进一步推动企业的技术研发体系、精益管理体系和人才培养体系的进步,从而提升企业核心竞争力。

The current situation, key points and realization on main functions of informatization construction process in Chinese forging industry were discussed, and applications of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and PDM (Product Data Management) systems were studied. At the same time, the existing information management systems of forging enterprises need to be upgraded. The applications of effective management systems such as the enhanced ERP, the refine CRM and the specialized PDM must be promoted actively so as to enhance the management force of every part of enterprises comprehensively, improve production efficiency, optimize internal supply chain, reduce production costs, and further push the development of technical research, lean management system and enterprise training system, and finally promote enterprise's core competence.
