新型圆钢筋切断模结构设计

摘要:
主要介绍了一种新型的汽车圆钢筋切断模具结构,通过取消普通钢板模的上模板、压料芯、卸料螺钉、压料弹簧等上模部件,将整个钢板模具的各组件都整合在下模,简化了普通切断模具的结构。通过对凹模镶块的更换,使得各种规格的汽车用圆钢筋都可以在一副模具上来完成切断,实现切断模的通用化,提高了工作效率。整个模具的外廓尺寸为220 mm×150 mm×180 mm,重量仅为25.4 kg,其通过取消普通钢板模的上模板、压料芯、卸料螺钉等上模部件,将整个钢板模具整合在下模,实现对不同型号圆钢筋的切断,大大降低了模具的开发成本。与普通钢板模具相比,通过缩短行程,同等的工作时间内的工作效率大大提高了。
A new cutting die structure of round steel bar used in the car was mainly introduced. The structure of an ordinary cutting die was simplified through canceling the upper die components such as upper plate, pressing core, stripper bolt, pressing spring, etc. of an ordinary steel plate die to integrate them in the lower die. By changing the die inserts, variety of round steel bars can be completed in a pair of die so as to achieve the generalization of the cutting die and improve the working efficiency. The outside dimension of the die is 220 mm× 150 mm × 180 mm, and its weigh is only 25.4 kg. By canceling the upper die components such as upper plate, pressing core, stripper bolt, pressing spring, etc. of an ordinary steel plate die to integrate them in the lower die, and variety of round steel bars are cut, which remarkably reduces the development cost. Compared with the ordinary steel plate die, the production efficiency are greatly improved by shortening the stroke with the same working hours.
