冷轧薄板边损边裂原因概述及实例分析

摘要:
为解决冷轧薄板在冷轧过程中出现严重边损边裂的问题,按照冷轧产品一贯制的管理方法,对造成冷轧产品边损边裂的原因进行系统总结与分类。结果表明,引起冷轧薄板边损边裂的原因可分为3种:冷轧基板边部缺陷、冷轧基板组织不均和冷轧过程控制问题。结合沙钢冷轧薄板几种典型边损边裂缺陷,利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和能谱仪等相关试验手段,确定了冷轧薄板边损边裂产生的原因,并提出相应改进措施。采取相应措施后,沙钢冷轧SPCC薄板因边损边裂判次率由5%下降到小于0.5%。
 
In order to minimize edge crack defects during the cold rolling process of thin steel sheet, the main causes of such defects were analyzed and summarized systematically according to the management method of consistent system for cold rolling products. The result shows that there are three kinds of reasons causing edge crack defects: edge defects on cold rolling substrate, uneven microstructure of cold rolling substrate and improper cold rolling process control. Considering the above different types of edge crack defects in Shasteel, the reasons causing edge crack were determined by OM, SEM and EDS, and corresponding experimental measures, and then improving measures were put forward. After adopting those measures, defective rate of edge crack drops from 5% to 0.5% for cold rolling thin SPCC sheet metal in Shasteel.
