数控齿型扁钢冲切机总体设计

摘要:

针对普通冲切机生产齿型扁钢存在着产品精度低、生产成本高和生产效率低的问题。通过分析齿型扁钢的特性,开发研制了一种新型高效的全自动齿型扁钢冲切机。重点介绍了全自动齿型扁钢冲切机的总体结构设计,包括进给装置、共轭凸轮机构冲切装置、专用齿型扁钢冲切模具、液压控制系统以及数控系统。生产的新型数控齿型扁钢的冲切精度误差小于0.2 mm,冲切速度达到24~30 m·min-1。该冲切机可以高效生产齿型、齿距均匀的齿型扁钢,各项指标达到了同期国家标准。
 

For the problem of toothed flat steel produced by traditional punching machine such as pool precision, high costs and low efficiency, a new type of automatic punching machine for toothed flat steel was designed by analyzing the characteristics of the toothed flat steel. It is emphatically introduced the overall structure which including feeding device, punching device with conjugate cam mechanism, punching die used to produce toothed flat steel, hydraulic control system and numerical control system. The new type of NC toothed flat steel was manufactured. The error of punching accuracy is no more than 0.2 mm, punching speed is up to 24-30 m·min-1. The punching machine can produce toothed flat steel with uniform tooth type and tooth pitch efficiently, and all indicators have reached the national standard.
