电机转子冲片冲压工艺分析与级进模设计

介绍了电机转子铁芯自动叠铆的原理、铁芯自动叠片形成的过程及其关键技术。以某电机转子为例,分析了电机转子结构特点和其冲压成形工艺方案。结合生产要求,提出采用级进模自动叠铆技术制作电机转子铁芯。通过4种排样方案对比,选出材料利用率最高的排样方案,并进行级进模工位设计。然后完成冲裁力、压力中心、模具工序尺寸等方面的冲压工艺计算。确定模具主要零件的结构形式,设计了模具总体结构并给出模具装配图。结果表明:电机转子叠片采用一套自动叠铆级进模成形,可连续进行冲叠铆点、落料、叠铆工序,实现高精度和高效生产。

The principle and key techniques of automatic laminating, process of automatic lamination for rotor core were introduced. Taking a motor rotor as an example, the structure characteristics and stamping forming process of motor rotor were analyzed. According to the production requirements,motor rotor core was produced by automatic laminating technology with progressive die. By comparing the four kinds of layouts, the scheme with the highest rate of material utilization was selected,and progressive die station was designed. Then, stamping process such as blanking force, pressure center, mould process size etc. were calculated. The structure of the main die parts and the overall structure of the mold were designed,and the mold assembly was drawed. Results show that the processes of flush laminating point, blanking, laminating for lamination of rotor core formed by a set of automatic laminating progressive die are conducted continuously, which realizes the high precision and high efficiency production.
