开式机械压力机机身校核与优化模块的开发

摘要:
开式机械压力机机身为悬臂梁结构,强度、刚度较差且校核计算复杂。实际设计中通常采用有限元法进行运算,工作量大、耗时长,尤其是对于设计需要进行反复修改和优化计算的情况下。首先对机身的强度、刚度计算和优化的基本要素进行了分析,其次介绍了机身校核与优化模块的开发过程,最后以实例验证了该模块的有效性。结果表明,所开发的模块能有效地实现对机身的校核和优化,可极大地提高机身设计效率、缩短产品的开发周期。
The structure of open-type mechanical press body is similar with the cantilever beam, with weak strength, poor rigidity and complex checking calculation. Finite element method is usually used in the actual design, which is of heavy computation and time consuming, especially for the design that requiring repeated modification and optimization. First, the basic elements in the calculation of the strength, stiffness and the optimization of the press body were analyzed. Then the development process of the checking and optimization module for press body was introduced. Finally the validity of the module was verified by the practical examples. The results indicate that the checking and optimization of the press body can be realized effectively by the developed module, which improves the design efficiency and shortens the development period of press body remarkably.
