6016汽车铝板包边性能及影响因素的实验研究

摘要:
包边是汽车车身覆盖件内外板装配压合过程的重要工序,弯曲极限是评估铝板包边性能优劣的重要指标。针对9种不同性能和批次的进口6016汽车铝板,进行了180°三点弯曲试验,系统研究了材料力学性能、时效时间和预拉伸量对6016汽车铝板包边性能的影响规律,为现场质量和工艺控制提供了重要依据。研究结果表明,材料伸长率和硬化指数对6016汽车铝板的弯曲性能无明显影响,材料各向异性、时效时间和预拉伸量对6016汽车铝板的包边性能有明显影响。
 
Hemming is a crucial step in the process of merging between automotive inner and outer panels. Bending limit is an important criterion to evaluate the hemming performance of aluminum sheets. The 180° three-point bending tests of nine kinds of different performances and batch import automotive aluminum sheet 6016 were carried out, and the influences of mechanical properties, aging time and pre-stretching on hemming performance were studied systematically,which provided a main foundation on controlling the quality and process of automotive aluminum sheet 6016. The results show that there is little influence of the elongation and hardening index on the hemming performance of automotive aluminum sheet 6016, while there is significant influence of material anisotropic, aging time and pre-stretching on hemming performance of automotive aluminum sheet 6016.
