冷连轧机主传动系统的扭转振动分析

摘要:
针对邯钢公司邯宝冷轧厂的生产线在生产过程中因轧机产生不明振动而引起的一系列质量问题,以振动频繁出现的F4轧机为研究对象,建立动力学模型和数学模型。利用MATLAB软件进行分析计算,得出了系统各阶固有频率,与现场测试的振动时的激励频率进行比较发现,扭转振动的振源在主传动系统中。得出使轧机产生扭转振动的主要原因是主传动电气控制系统、负载变化、轧辊打滑、间隙冲击。并在此基础上提出了抑制轧机扭转振动的方法,为日后进一步分析轧机扭转振动提供了理论参考。
 
For a series of poor quality issues that caused by unknown vibrations of Hanbao cold rolling mill during the production process in Handan Iron and Steel Company, dynamic model and mathematical model were established based on the F4 rolling mill that vibrated most frequently. Each natural frequency of system was gained through analyzing and calculating by MATLAB. Compared with the excitation frequency gained by field testing, it is found that the cause of torsional vibration is in the main drive system. The result shows that the main reasons of torsional vibration are the main drive electrical control systems, load changes, rolling slip and gap impact. Furthermore, the suggestions about the inhibition torsional vibration were put forward, which provided a theoretical basis for analyzing torsional vibration of cold rolling mill in future.
