管件缩径工艺仿真分析

摘要:

为了对管件在不同加载路径下的成形情况及变形规律进行预测,达到降低管件缩径工艺的开发成本及试验费用的目的,基于ABAQUS非线性有限元软件对管件缩径工艺进行数值模拟,通过实验结果与仿真分析结果的对比,验证了有限元模型的正确性,以此为基础,分析了不同摩擦系数以及模具进给速度对缩径管件成形效果的影响。研究结果表明,摩擦系数及加载速度对管件的塑性变形影响明显,摩擦系数为0.15或0.2、加载速度为70 mm·s-1时管件的成形效果较好,不易出现塑性失稳及材料堆积,为管件的缩径工艺的工程化应用提供了有益的参考。

To forecast the forming situation and deformation regularity of the tube under various loading paths, and to reduce the development cost and test cost of tube necking processes, the necking processes of tube were simulated by ABAQUS non-linear finite element software. The calculation model was verified by comparing the experimental results with numerical simulation results. Based on the above results, the influences of different friction coefficients and the feeding speeds on the forming quality of the necking tube were analyzed. The results show that the friction coefficient and the feeding speed have close relationship with the plastic deformation of the tube. A better necking result can be obtained when the friction coefficient is 0.15 or 0.2, and the feeding speed is 70 mm·s-1. Thus the plastic instability and material accumulation can hardly appear and this is an effective reference for the engineering application in tube necking process.
