高速压力机下死点动态精度试验研究

摘要:

对某型闭式双点高速压力机进行下死点精度测试,测试数据表明:在不同平衡气压下,随着高速压力机速度逐渐提高,下死点位置将发生约0.10 mm的突变;静平衡气压不同,发生突变的速度也不同,因此该型压力机不适合使用静平衡装置;随着润滑油量的提高,在2 h内的下死点数据变动幅值呈显著压缩趋势;当测试机床从冷态(机床与环境温度一致)开始测量时,下死点先上移,之后迅速下移大约75 min,下死点再缓慢上移,直至测试结束(约300 min),这表明测试环境的温度对下死点精度影响很大。
 

The accuracy of bottom dead center (B.D.C) for the straight side two point high-speed press was tested. The test data show that under the different equilibrium pressure values, the position of B.D.C changes about 0.10 mm suddenly with the increase of the press speed, and the speed occurred mutation is different with the different static equilibrium pressure values. Therefore, the static balancing device is not suitable for this type of press. The change magnitude of B.D.C within 2 h is of compression trend significantly with increase of the amount of lubricating oil. Furthermore, the position of B.D.C raises then drops quickly about 75 minutes and raises slowly again until the end of the test(about 300 minutes) when the machine is tested from the beginning of the cold (ambient temperature is consistent with the machine). Therefore, the influence of test ambient temperature on the B.D.C accuracy is great.
