液压机超长时限平稳降压控制技术的研究

摘要:

基于“50 MN大型液压机平稳卸压”项目的需求,针对传统液压机卸压过程精度不高且开泵卸压功率损耗大的弱点,结合已有的“驱动单元 ”专利技术,研制出一种可连续平稳降压的驱动控制单元。该单元通过PLC控制的步进电机驱动与减速器连接的丝杠螺母机构,从而带动辅助油缸柱塞杆产生位移;采用压力传感器进行信号反馈,实现系统的闭环控制。利用驱动单元的辅助油缸与主油缸并联,关闭主油路使两个油缸形成一个封闭的容积,通过控制步进电机转速精确地改变辅助油缸的容积,实现在关泵状态下主油缸以0.0033 MPa·s-1 的降压速率连续平稳卸压。

Based on the project requirements of “50 MN large hydraulic machine's steady pressure relief” and the disadvantages of low precision in traditional hydraulic machine's pressure relief with the large power losses in pressure relief of opening pump, a drive control unit was developed combining with the existing“Drive Unit”patented technology. This unit could push the auxiliary cylinder piston rod to produce the displacement through step motor controlled by PLC lead screw nut mechanism connected with reducer and realized the closed-loop control system using a pressure sensor to feedback signal. It was used to connect the auxiliary cylinder with the main cylinder in parallel, close the main oil line to form a closed volume between the two cylinders and change the volume of the auxiliary cylinder to control the step motor speed accurately. It also realized the main oil cylinder with 0.0033 MPa·s-1 to conduct the pressure relief continuously and smoothly when the pump was close.
