摘要:
以汽车底板支架为研究对象,介绍了利用Dynaform软件对支架的拉延成形进行数值模拟的一般步骤。通过改变压边力大小、毛坯形状及拉延筋的设置来模拟产品成形性能,预测板料成形中可能出现的起皱、拉裂、变薄等缺陷问题。通过模拟结果的研究分析,确定产品成形所需工艺过程和技术参数。实验结果表明:形状优化后的毛坯在压边力1000 kN、摩擦系数为0.125和设置拉延坎情况下进行冲压,可以实现较好的成形质量,验证了数值模拟参数的合理性和可行性,进而减少实际试模次数,提高了模具制造效率。
 
For the bottom bracket of the car, the general steps of simulating its stamping process numerically were introduced based on Dynaform software. Product formability was simulated by changing the blankholder force, blank shape and setting drawbeads, and then assumptions about wrinkle, fracture, thinning and other defects in sheet metal forming were conducted. Forming process and technical parameters of the product were determined by analysis on the simulation results. Experimental results show that the optimized blank is formed to achieve better quality with BHF 1000 kN, friction coefficient 0.125 and drawbead, and the rationality and feasibility of the numerical simulation parameters are verified. Furthermore, the times of actual test are reduced and the efficiency of the die manufacturing is improved.
