基于CAE的铝合金板料冲压成形中摩擦特性研究

摘要:
依据摩擦理论和有限元仿真理论,通过数值仿真计算的方法,将有限元计算出的摩擦力与实际生产中的摩擦力对应起来,分析了不同摩擦系数下铝合金板料在冲压成形过程中的摩擦特性。研究了铝合金板料在冲压成形过程中的摩擦力变化规律以及不同摩擦系数对摩擦特性和成形质量的影响。研究表明:铝合金板料冲压成形后期摩擦力随着摩擦系数增大而迅速增加,但板料成形质量评价指标升高,板料厚度更加均匀;通过研究不同节点摩擦力随时间的变化曲线,板料减薄区和起皱区的摩擦力变化规律完全不同。
According to the friction theory and the finite element theory, the friction characteristics under different friction coefficients during stamping were analyzed by connecting the calculated friction force of numerical simulation method  with the actual friction force in production. The changing regulation of the friction force during stamping and the influences of different friction coefficients on friction characteristics and the forming quality were studied. The result shows that friction coefficient is growing rapidly with the increase of friction coefficient in the later period of stamping. Furthermore, the evaluation index of sheet forming quality increases, and the thickness of the aluminum alloy sheet is even more. The change regulations of friction forces in the area of thinning and wrinkle are different totally according to the analysis on the friction force varying curve with time under different nodes.
