汽车CD顶壳精密级进模具的设计

摘要:
对汽车CD顶壳的冲压工艺性进行了深入的分析,确定了工艺方案以及排样设计方案。由于汽车CD顶壳外形尺寸为:176 mm×159 mm×50 mm,三边折弯高度达50 mm,不适合在级进模具上打弯,因此采用由一套精密级进模具、一套成形模和一副机械手组成的自动线进行生产。详细介绍了精密级进模具的结构形式及模具关键零件的设计要点。实现了多工位精密级进模的设计开发和汽车CD顶壳的自动化生产。实践表明,与原来采用5套单工序冲压相比,新工艺不仅保证了产品质量,减小了劳动强度,生产效率也显著提高。
 
The stamping process of CD top shell for automobile was analyzed deeply, and the process scheme and the nesting were determined. With the size of automobile CD top shell is 176 mm×159 mm×50 mm, and the height of bending in three edges is 50 mm, it is not suitable for bending in progressive die. Therefore, it was conducted by an automatic line which was composed of a set of precision progressive die, a forming die and a manipulator. The structure of the die and main design points of the key components of the die were introduced in detail. The design of precision multi-position progressive die and automatic manufacture for the top shell were realized. Practice shows that comparing with five sets of single stamping used previously, the progressive die not only ensures the product quality, but also reduces the labor intensity, as well as improves the production efficiency significantly.
